We offer an immersion in Jiu-Jitsu in Barra da Tijuca, with experienced instructors and a welcoming environment for all levels — from beginner to advanced practitioner.
What will we do?
We will meet at the academy and you will participate in a complete class, which includes warm-up, fundamental techniques, drills and practical training (rolls), always respecting your level of experience.
During the class, you will have direct contact with the culture of Rio de Janeiro Jiu-Jitsu, learning not only movements, but also absorbing some of the philosophy, discipline and strategy of the modality.
Instructions:
Arrive 15 minutes early, introduce yourself to the instructor, request your kimono and belt and always follow the instructions during the class.

Meeting and pickup information
- Set your Uber to: Estrada Sorimã, 707 - Itanhangá. Its a house with two warriors in front. There is brown gate normally closed, get inside throught the door and take right to the stars and left to the BJJ door after some steps.
